DAY 68. JUST STAY THERE


Mindfulness, like everything else, isn’t that hard as we perceive it to be in our minds.🧠⠀ It is all about STARTING and STAYING there.⠀ Doing it, even if we feel we do not want to do it.

Showing up.🧚Not running away.⠀

Once we teach our minds to simply stay without excuses, we become invinsible.⠀ That does not mean that sometimes things will not be hard.⠀ It will.⠀

Sometimes we will need to rest.⠀ Take a pause.⠀ Change plans. Quit.⠀ Re-think. Rebuild.⠀ Heal,⠀

But after that, just START AGAIN AND STAY.🧜‍♀️⠀
