My name is Diana and I love laughing heart-fully! 

​

I like to call myself a Creative Life Explorer, because I believe that the best self-help and cure for ... well pretty much anything... is curiosity! And I  also think that we are all creative beings, does not matter what career we are - we all have creative gifts to share with the world.

​

I am a Certified ISO Life & Time Management Coach, certified Mindful Nutritionalist, and Founder and CEO at Mystic Queens Circle, women community for deep talks and simple spirituality.

SELF LOVE & CONFIDENCE

​

In our society, self-love is often perceived as arrogance. This is a big fat & messy myth.

 

Self-love is a big part of mindfulness. Self-love as self-compassion, self-care and non-judgement.

Self love as being ENOUGH. 

 

After all, there is Yin and Yang. Giving and receiving. There needs to be a balance for a circle to run smoothly. This is why I focus a lot on mindful self-love practice.

MINDFUL DAILY LIFESTYLE​

​

Being mindful is being aware. It is all about being truly present and appreciating the moment.

 

And it is a daily practice, non a one-time-try miracle solution pill. In other words, in order to work - it needs to become a habit.

 

I talk about different mindfulness methods and habits that can be integrated in daily life, focusing a lot on the nutrition and mindset. So you can  definitely choose from a variety of choices.

 

Some of the major subtopics here are various nutritional eating habits, meditations, gratitude, 

deep relaxation, energy flow, saying"No". 

CREATIVE PLANNING

​

It is very sad to see how many people cringe from the word "Planning". Planning does not need to be boring! 

 

We can plan any activity creatively by adding few sparks of fun, innovation and little twists, stepping out from our "comfort boxes".

 

In fact, we are all creatives as we constantly create directly or indirectly. 

 

Creative planning can be the main key of all of your success. And it can allow you to have lots of fun with planning before, during and after the goal is achieved.
