Mindfulness is taking time to NOTICE.⠀ ⠀ Do you notice how many times we do not notice?⠀ ⠀ Notice what I am trying to do here?🤪⠀

With one mindfulness exercise, I needed to observe how many times per day I sit down and raise up.🧐⠀ ⠀ Seems simple, yeah?⠀ ⠀ But actually it is not!
⠀ We constantly function on autopilot and while it brings us many advantages, it also dulls the moment of being/feeling present.⠀ ⠀ So we need to make sure to come to the present moment, to train our mind to notice. ⠀

How we can do it?
By simply asking:⠀ ⠀ - What are my thoughts?🧠⠀ ⠀ - What sounds do I hear?⠀ ⠀ - What sensations do I feel?⠀
Simple questions, yet extremely powerful, bringing lots of benefits.
Helping us to understand ourselves better. Helping us to understand other more. Helping us to observe and understand surroundings better.
After all, you and the world is here TO NOTICE.
