DAY 89. BE PLAYFUL


Mindfulness is finding playfulness in what you do.

🧚‍♀️⠀ Finding something playful in your work and actions.

⠀⠀ It certainly does not mean that you need to be a clown joker jumping around and screaming to get attention.⠀ Playfulness can come in various ways.⠀

You know, it even helps us to stop procrastinating. 🤫 Because when we make things more fun, we want to do them much more too.⠀

For example, I even try to look for the fun ways in thinking how to plan or how to serve the dinner.🧜‍ Sometimes it is easier than other times.⠀

But the core of any goal is to enjoy life, have joy and happiness. So let’s make that goal a process not a destination.⠀
