Mindfulness is reminding yourself not to believe everything that you think.⠀ Sounds weird? But it is true.⠀

We constantly need to remind ourselves that our thoughts might not be the truth.⠀ It seems that it is always the truth only due to our past experiences and the reality models we created by experiencing it.⠀ Be aware of your mind,🧠⠀
