Mindfulness is becoming aware of personal triggers and automatic reactions.⠀ ⠀ Ow, yeah, surely not an easy thing to do.⠀ ⠀ But in a way very interesting. Especially, for self-made drama. Just kidding...kinda.

Because, let's be real, the search of the inner deeper YOU is always fascinating.⠀
⠀ We all get triggered differently, in different ways and for different reasons.
⠀ ⠀ Mostly, due to our past experiences.⠀ ⠀ Of some events that hurt us and made these triggers to be our “hurt buttons”. We all have these points.⠀
⠀ In order to control them, we need to search for them in our past, our reactions and our thoughts.
However uncomfortable that might feel.
