Mindfulness is knowing that there is no bad way to meditate.🧜 Cause there is truly no bad way to do it!

Firstly, there are so many different meditations to choose from based on your own personal needs.
Secondly, even the same meditation done everyday will be slightly different, because your focus, feelings and thoughts will be different too.⠀
And that’s more than fine!

Many people are afraid to start just because they look for
A RIGHT WAY.
But the right way does not exist.
While there are some certain points and advices that help, the right way is the right way for you.
At that specific moment.
