DAY 77. FOCUS ON OBJECTS


It might sound a litte weird, but placing your focus on something that isn’t yourself can be an easy mindfulness tool.🧚‍♀️⠀ Placing your full attention on a glass or a blade of grass can bring us into the moment.

Often we observe things only for few second shifting fast our attention to the other thing and then another and another...⠀ But we can learn mindfulness only by observing.

And while objects might not be alive and may not seem that important, they can act as an amazing mindfulness practice tool.⠀

What about observing 3 objects during your day for a longer time?⠀ Their shape, color, patterns, surface, hardness or softness, imperfections and maybe even smell.‍⠀
