In truth, mindfulness isn’t something extremely hard.⠀ ⠀ We can ALL do it🧚. ⠀ All we need to do is just TO SLOW DOWN.
⠀

⠀ In today's world, we are taught to be productive, move quickly and multitask.🤯⠀ ⠀ We are so used rushing that most of us do not even spend few minutes a day without mixing the tasks into one huge pile.
What about taking just 10 min: ⠀ To walk from point A to point B, just to walk.⠀ ⠀ To sit on the sofa, just sit without TV and a phone.⠀ ⠀ To drink a cup of tea, just drink.
Or, maybe, just simply stopping for a moment to follow the breath, which can be done anywhere and at any time.⠀
