Mindfulness is forgiveness.⠀ ⠀ But not only towards others...⠀ ⠀ Most often we need to forgive ourselves to fully let go.🧚♀️⠀ ⠀

Do you know that from all various meditations, forgiveness meditation is considered having the strongest impulses coming from the brain when people meditate on it ?🧠 ⠀ ⠀ And, yes, meditation impact as waves coming from brain can be tested with machines/computers.
So, if you seek peace and happiness, seek to forgive.
Or just try. Over and over again, if needed. But try.
