DAY 65. A MINUTE OF MINDFUL TEA


Do we really need to spend lots of time per day to achieve mindfulness? Not at all.⠀ One minute a day of being present is already special.

And, well, we cannot make excuses of not having time for a minute too. ⠀⠀ What about having a mindful minute then drinking coffee or tea?

Just thinking about present moment, feeling being there and being grateful.

Just for a minute.
