Do we really need to spend lots of time per day to achieve mindfulness? ⠀ Not at all.⠀ ⠀ One minute a day of being present is already special.

And, well, we cannot make excuses of not having time for a minute too. ⠀⠀ What about having a mindful minute then drinking coffee or tea?
⠀ ⠀ Just thinking about present moment, feeling being there and being grateful.
Just for a minute.
I know you have time for this.
