DAY 62. ESSENTIAL OILS FOR SLEEP


Mindfulness is good sleep.

So, here I go again with another favourite sleep “calming routine”.⠀

Relaxing essential oils.

I have been using essential oils for around 4 years already.

For many purposes such as massage, room refreshening, energizing & focus, and, of course, better sleep.

And it really works!‍⠀

Cause essential oils are natural medicine.

Did you ever try essential oils?

For sleep, I mostly use diffuser, put in it few drops of lavender essential oil, one-two drops vetiver root essential oil and sometimes one drop of clary sage essential oil.

Need to say, vetiver kicks the hardest.⠀

Like really hard.⠀⠀

I get a sleepy drifting feeling quite fast and “jump” to deep sleep still thinking “omg, nature is such magic”.
