DAY 60. ENOUGH SLEEP


Mindfulness is getting enough sleep. PERIOD.⠀ Yes, I am gonna be that annoying lady telling you now: do not forget to sleep.

But come on...we often only realise the huge importance of sleep once we do not get enough sleep!⠀

These past days I have had difficulties sleeping well and it surely influenced well...every single daily activity.

So, I am certainly gonna get lots of super duper sleepy sleepy during the weekend. Are you?⠀⠀

But...when do we know when we get enough sleep?⠀⠀ Well, we simply feel it! The comfort in our body and mind.🧠 Because it is not always about the hours on how long we sleep.⠀

Though, too less wont benefit anyone, we all need some certain hours of sleep. Some need more, some need slightly less.⠀ But it is always about the quality of sleep.⠀ And that certainly includes not just the hours.⠀
