DAY 58. AFFIRMATIONS


Mindfulness is saying good words to ....YOURSELF.

Both about yourself and the universe.

Both in your mind and loudly.

Yes, there are times when it is hard.🧨⠀ But those times ... need it even more.⠀

I personally carry in my wallet and often read 3 affirmations.⠀ This is one of them: “The universe always has my back”.

Because even when I judge myself, I remember that the universe is not evil.⠀ That everything EVENTUALLY works out.🧚‍♀️⠀ I do not want my mind to think that the universe has even a slight interest in being mean.⠀ Why would it?⠀ It created so many beautiful things and creatures.

No, I am not religious, but I believe.⠀ In a beauty of energy, healing of nature, law of attraction and power of thought. What do you believe in?⠀
