Mindfulness is saying good words to ....YOURSELF.
Both about yourself and the universe.
Both in your mind and loudly.

⠀ Yes, there are times when it is hard.🧨⠀ ⠀ But those times ... need it even more.⠀ ⠀
I personally carry in my wallet and often read 3 affirmations.⠀ ⠀ This is one of them: “The universe always has my back”.
Because even when I judge myself, I remember that the universe is not evil.⠀ ⠀ That everything EVENTUALLY works out.🧚♀️⠀ ⠀ I do not want my mind to think that the universe has even a slight interest in being mean.⠀ ⠀ Why would it?⠀ ⠀ It created so many beautiful things and creatures.
