DAY 52. PAUSE & OBSERVE THE SURROUNDINGS


In truth, mindfulness is all about taking a pause.⠀ Looking at our surroundings.

We often go from A point to B point without observing the surroundings.🥺⠀ Rushing to reach something, someone, somewhere.⠀

How many times do we miss the beauty right in front of our eyes?

I was walking to work today choosing a different way and saw this beautiful view.⠀ Need to admit, I almost missed it checking the music list.⠀ Would have been quite a loss!⠀
