And for today’s mindfulness let’s just remind ourselves that we need to set boundaries.⠀ ⠀ Cause we FREAKISHLY do.⠀

Life is a balance, which means that boundaries is a part of it.⠀ Yes, it is uncomfortable, unpleasant and requires courage.🧨⠀
But stating your boundaries, putting them into light, is the part of opening yourself.
In the end, you need to know what you do not want, which becomes the start of knowing what you want.⠀⠀.⠀
