DAY 44. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY


Mindfulness is taking care of your body.⠀

And that certainly includes your skin-care, kabooom!

I realised it in a nasty way, fail.

Few hours outside one and one more day and ... here it goes - crab appearance.

Ladies and gentlemen, the sun might not seem intense during spring, but it certainly is quite dangerous.

We do not have sun too often in Denmark, so I keep forgetting it myself. But lesson learned.

In other words, be careful and take care.

Taking care of yourself is truly mindfulness at its fullest.⠀⠀⠀⠀
