Mindfulness is understanding that criticism can be both valuable and toxic.đ§â

â It is ok to make mistakes, because you learn.đ§ââď¸â â Many times it is also fine to hear criticism from others, because it can be used for the improvement.â
â But it is not ok to think that you are not enough!â â To constantly judge yourself.â

Criticism comes in 3 forms:â 1. Destructive negative criticismâ 2. Constructive criticismâ 3. Self criticismâ â Guess which one is the worst?â
The one that can create the most pain?â â The one that causes the most destruction?đ§¨â â The one that kills dreams?â â The one that causes biggest amount of chronic stress and depression? đĽşâ â I know you know the answer.â
