DAY 49. TWO SIDES OF CRITICISM


Mindfulness is understanding that criticism can be both valuable and toxic.šŸ§ā €

ā €It is ok to make mistakes, because you learn.šŸ§šā€ā™€ļøā € ā € Many times it is also fine to hear criticism from others, because it can be used for the improvement.ā €

ā € But it is not ok to think that you are not enough!ā € ā € To constantly judge yourself.ā €

Criticism comes in 3 forms:ā € 1. Destructive negative criticismā € 2. Constructive criticismā € 3. Self criticismā € ā € Guess which one is the worst?ā €

The one that can create the most pain?ā € ā € The one that causes the most destruction?šŸ§Øā € ā € The one that kills dreams?ā € ā € The one that causes biggest amount of chronic stress and depression? šŸ„ŗā € ā € I know you know the answer.ā €
