DAY 49. TWO SIDES OF CRITICISM


Mindfulness is understanding that criticism can be both valuable and toxic.🧐⠀

⠀It is ok to make mistakes, because you learn.🧚‍♀️⠀ ⠀ Many times it is also fine to hear criticism from others, because it can be used for the improvement.⠀

⠀ But it is not ok to think that you are not enough!⠀ ⠀ To constantly judge yourself.⠀

Criticism comes in 3 forms:⠀ 1. Destructive negative criticism⠀ 2. Constructive criticism⠀ 3. Self criticism⠀ ⠀ Guess which one is the worst?⠀

The one that can create the most pain?⠀ ⠀ The one that causes the most destruction?🧨⠀ ⠀ The one that kills dreams?⠀ ⠀ The one that causes biggest amount of chronic stress and depression? 🥺⠀ ⠀ I know you know the answer.⠀
