DAY 87. UNDERSTANDING THE BRAIN


Mindfulness is understanding how the brain works, DOH.⠀ No, we certainly do not need to be biologists and be highly aware of any chemical reaction.

But we need to know the main "mechanisms" of your brain. Or in other words, "how we work patterns".

Why? It helps us to understand how we are wired.

And once we do that, we can start seeing even our own reactions in totally different view.

Do you know that our brain perceives physical pain in the same way as the mental pain?🧚‍♀️

Totally the same. It activates same neural pathways.

Isn’t that fascinating and shocking at the same time?⠀
