DAY 83. PRESENT AWARENESS MEDITATION


What is PRESENT AWARENESS meditation?⠀ In short, it is mindfulness.🧘‍♀️⠀ In a little longer explanation, it is the PRACTICE to remain aware and present of the present state.

And hey, practice means TRAINING. Yes, yes.⠀ This type of practice can be done in so many different ways!🧐⠀ But most commonly discussed one is FOCUS on just ONE SINGLE THING. Not many, but one!⠀ Giving at least few minutes to truly observe it in big details.🧝‍♀️⠀

Observation does not need to be done with closed eyes in a quiet place as many other meditations require.🤫⠀ Because, as you probably already noticed, meditation can come in various forms.‍⠀ It is just all about training the focus on WHAT and HOW we see.⠀
