DAY 82. GRATITUDE MEDITATION


Today, let’s breathly touch GRATITUDE meditation.🧘‍♀️ ⠀ Cause being truly grateful is a practice of compassion.⠀ This is also why gratitude meditation is commonly referred to as loving/kindness meditation.

How to do it?⠀ Simple find time to give your thanks.🧜‍♀️⠀ We need to do it verbally, but we also need to do it mentally.⠀ Each evening I am used to focus on 1-2 people daily for whom I can thank for 5-8minutes.⠀ Being precise, not short for what exactly I am thanking.

We can also thank for:⠀

  • the things that surround us⠀

  • the events in which we participate⠀

  • the skills we learn⠀

  • the experiences we obtain⠀

  • the environments that surround us⠀

And , do not forget to add the bad and past things that teaches us.
