Today, let’s breathly touch GRATITUDE meditation.🧘♀️ ⠀ ⠀ Cause being truly grateful is a practice of compassion.⠀ ⠀ This is also why gratitude meditation is commonly referred to as loving/kindness meditation.

⠀ How to do it?⠀ ⠀ Simple find time to give your thanks.🧜♀️⠀ ⠀ We need to do it verbally, but we also need to do it mentally.⠀ ⠀ Each evening I am used to focus on 1-2 people daily for whom I can thank for 5-8minutes.⠀ ⠀ Being precise, not short for what exactly I am thanking.⠀

We can also thank for:⠀
the things that surround us⠀
the events in which we participate⠀
the skills we learn⠀
the experiences we obtain⠀
the environments that surround us⠀
⠀ And , do not forget to add the bad and past things that teaches us. ⠀
