DAY 79. BODY SCAN MEDITATION


Three days ago, I have had my first experience doing few guided meditations loudly to others in a paid meditation workshop.🧚‍♀️⠀ Woohoo what a fascinating experience!⠀ During the workshop we discussed many various meditation types and meditated doing 2 meditations: body and visualisation sun healing energy meditation. 🧘‍♀️⠀ So, I have thought that within these upcoming 7 days, I will share with you 7 different meditations.🧜‍♀️⠀

To let you see the variety and fun of it all.⠀

Ready???⠀Let’s start with BODY SCAN meditation.⠀

This meditation focuses on physical sensations of your body and how do you feel in each body part.⠀ Simply, the purpose is to synch the body with a mind.🧠 Something we tend to forget sometimes, OOOPS.

We simple need to lie down/sit calmly, close our eyes and mentally scan the body from upper body part to lower body part.⠀ Micro scanning, just noticing what is going on without judgement, without trying to heal it.⠀
