Mindfulness is about FEELING.⠀
Even including the things you do not want to feel.⠀ ⠀

So many people are giving advices “not to feel” to get better.⠀ ⠀ But in truth, the path to healing is from feeling.⠀ ⠀ It always is!🧜There is no way around it.
Feeling is natural. Feeling is freeing.🧚Never push your feelings away.

⠀ ⠀ You feel that way, because you need to feel that way.⠀ ⠀ And it is alright.
⠀ ⠀ Keep reminding that to yourself, I personally try to do that all the time. By writing this, I am reminding this to myself today too.
