DAY 61. SWIFF OFF TO SLEEP


As I talked in my previous post - getting enough sleep is an essence.🧚‍♀️⠀ But THE WAY how you prepare to get that sleep is the building pillar that rocks it all.

We can improve our sleep in various ways.⠀

Today and tomorrow I am gonna talk about 2 my most favourite easy pizzy ways.

The first is KNOWING WHEN TO SWITCH OFF.⠀

I recommend switching off app. 1 hour before sleep👌⠀ Switching off what exactly?

The technology world!

The light (or minimise it as much as possible)

The noise.​⠀ The energetic activities.

Seriously, we should stop expecting our bodies to calm down by their own wish.

It is our responsibility to prepare it for calmness!🧘

It is all about calming the body and mind.⠀
