Mindfulness is understanding that all emotions are natural.⠀ ⠀ All emotions are a part of human experience.⠀

Often we divide emotions into POSITIVE and NEGATIVE.
Many people are thought to hide certain emotions, which let's be real and honest - usually turns into even more problems...⠀
Truth is, you can’t experience joy without sorrow, peace without anger, and courage without fear. ⠀ Maybe it is time to stop judging our “negative” emotions that much?

What about recognizing your emotions?🧚♀️ ⠀And using them to explain your behaviour and express your needs.⠀
And, of course, to channel your energy in a positive direction.
Isn’t that much nicer than hiding or suppressing them?🥳 ⠀⠀
Believe me it requires the same amount of energy.
