DAY 57. NOT RUNNING FROM EMOTIONS


Mindfulness is understanding that all emotions are natural.⠀ All emotions are a part of human experience.⠀

Often we divide emotions into POSITIVE and NEGATIVE.

Many people are thought to hide certain emotions, which let's be real and honest - usually turns into even more problems...⠀

Truth is, you can’t experience joy without sorrow, peace without anger, and courage without fear. Maybe it is time to stop judging our “negative” emotions that much?

What about recognizing your emotions?🧚‍♀️ ⠀And using them to explain your behaviour and express your needs.⠀

And, of course, to channel your energy in a positive direction.

Isn’t that much nicer than hiding or suppressing them?🥳 ⠀

Believe me it requires the same amount of energy.
