DAY 55. BEST GIFT IS ATTENTION


The most precious mindfulness gift we can offer anyone is our attention.⠀

This is also why my previous post was about celebrating not only for yourself, but also for the others. It is indeed a mindfulness practice as it requires “being now in a moment” focus. Our own attention.⠀

So by giving attention to others, we train our own attention. A gift for a gift back.🥳⠀ And this mindfulness gift truly makes people bloom.
