Mindfulness is loving your mornings, not hating them.🧚

Yes, waking up early is not easy for ANYONE.⠀ ⠀ But ... if our first thought (just when we open our eyes) is “damn this morning”, then we start the day with a complaint.🥺⠀ ⠀ Guess how the day unfolds, if you already start complaining about the day early in the morning?⠀ ⠀ Most often not that well. ⠀

This is why often, I try jump out from the bed and these thoughts as fast as I can.⠀ ⠀ Especially as now I started waking up at 06:00 with my Boo.⠀ ⠀ Today I also spend a lovely time in the cafe working from 08:00 to 10:00 and I certainly loved spending that time productively.⠀ ⠀ I never thought I would say this, but I freakishly love mornings!
