DAY 36. EMBRACING CHANGES


Mindfulness is understanding that life is the beauty of changes.⠀

Some of these changes we can influence or control, some we cannot.

But changes happen constantly.

🧚‍♀️⠀ Every single day.⠀ Every time we experience something new.⠀ Every time we do something new.‍⠀ Every time we get knowledge about something new.⠀ Every time we improve our skill.⠀ Every time we communicate with someone else.⠀

Cause these times give us opportunities to see some new angles.⠀

And these new angles create new thoughts that

transform into new beliefs.🧠⠀

So why do we keep being surprised, if we or someone else “change their mind”?

We simple do it, because we learn new things.

🧐⠀ We simple do it, because we accumulate new knowledge, practice new things and improve more.

I used to think and say that most things and especially people never change.

Now, this thought literally makes me giggle.

🤪⠀ Because the only constant in life is ... CHANGE.⠀
