Mindfulness is understanding that life is the beauty of changes.⠀

⠀ Some of these changes we can influence or control, some we cannot.
⠀ ⠀ But changes happen constantly.
🧚♀️⠀ ⠀ Every single day.⠀ ⠀ Every time we experience something new.⠀ ⠀ Every time we do something new.⠀ ⠀ Every time we get knowledge about something new.⠀ ⠀ Every time we improve our skill.⠀ ⠀ Every time we communicate with someone else.⠀
⠀

Cause these times give us opportunities to see some new angles.⠀ ⠀
And these new angles create new thoughts that
transform into new beliefs.🧠⠀ ⠀
So why do we keep being surprised, if we or someone else “change their mind”?
⠀
We simple do it, because we learn new things.
🧐⠀ ⠀ We simple do it, because we accumulate new knowledge, practice new things and improve more.
⠀ I used to think and say that most things and especially people never change.
⠀ ⠀ Now, this thought literally makes me giggle.
🤪⠀ ⠀ Because the only constant in life is ... CHANGE.⠀
