Mindfulness is observing your breath.

⠀ ⠀ Did you notice how often we take our breath for granted ? ⠀ ⠀
It is such an ordinary norm to breath that we forget to observe it. ⠀
I remember the first time the power of breathing hit me.⠀ ⠀
It happened when I read a monk saying “the breath is the only constant in life, it does not truly change”. ⠀

Now we can argue with some of it, but there is a big point in there.⠀ ⠀
Long breathing technique has help me a lot in certain stressful situations ( even 5 long breaths are super duper technique).⠀
⠀ I do not think I use it enough still, but the simple reminder in the mind to observe it can sometimes shift so many things!
