Mindfulness is being in control of your time.
⠀ ⠀ Not letting the time control you!

I made a choice a while ago to stop using the word “busy”.⠀ ⠀ Because as D.Sivers says:
“I am in control of my time. I am on top of it. Busy seems to imply ‘out of control’. Like OMG, I am so busy. I do not have time for this shit! That sounds like a person, who’s got no control over time”.⠀ ⠀
To be honest, once I stopped using it, so many excuses disappeared from my world. ⠀

People still tell me “you do so much, you should be a very busy person”.🧐⠀
⠀ And mostly I reply “I am not” or just smile, because even if I am doing many things I am not truly busy.
⠀ ⠀ I am not busy for rest when I need it.
⠀ ⠀
I might not be able to do something or meet someone due to my present activities, but that still does not imply that I am busy.
⠀ ⠀ And if I feel busy, I know it is time to re-examine my life.⠀
