DAY 35. CHILLAXING

And at times mindfulness is spending the day chillaxing.

So often successful people talk about energetic activities.
We all hear how active we suppose to be to achieve something.
But just as much we also need true deep relaxation. We all need balance.
I believe true relaxation is not that easy for everyone with all the buzz that surround us.

Most importantly, we need to learn how to relax without feeling guilty.
Most of my day today was spend chillaxing, happy and proud of that as now I can kick the new week feeling more recharged both physically and mentally.
Hope you have had time to recharge this weekend too, if not then it is time to schedule a break!
