Mindfulness is so much about genuine self-love.⠀
⠀ Self-love not only focusing on the appearance and acceptance of yourself in a mirror, but also the acceptance of your actions.⠀

⠀ Acceptance of your choices.⠀
⠀ Acceptance of your daily decisions.🧚♀️⠀
⠀ Actually, mirrors can be used for some very interesting and easy pizzy mindfulness exercises!

⠀ Here is one of them: “ Evening acceptance”:⠀
Before the sleep or bed take a look in a mirror, look into your eyes and say “ I accept of my choices today. It has been a great day and I have done my best".
⠀ Try to do it for a week and see how you feel !
