DAY 31. CELEBRATING THE VICTORIES

Mindfulness is celebrating the victories, does not matter how big or small they are.

⠀ Our ability to take in the joy of our accomplishments defines our happiness level. ⠀
We literally need to “teach” our brain to get excited each time we rock something in our lives.
⠀ In turn, the brain provide more happiness hormones.
See, it is a little circle, the big game we are playing daily.⠀
⠀

So, whenever you achieve something - give yourself an applause, take a break, relax or dance, buy chocolate or an expensive healthy meal.
⠀ Whatever it is, just choose what makes you feel like you are celebrating.
⠀ ⠀ And here is a little secret - your ability to celebrate defines how you will work too.
⠀ ⠀ Cause, if we do not know how to celebrate our wins, we do not truly know how to work effectively without bombs of stress.
⠀ ⠀ So, what can you celebrate today?
