DAY 31. CELEBRATING THE VICTORIES


Mindfulness is celebrating the victories, does not matter how big or small they are.

Our ability to take in the joy of our accomplishments defines our happiness level.

We literally need to “teach” our brain to get excited each time we rock something in our lives.

In turn, the brain provide more happiness hormones.

See, it is a little circle, the big game we are playing daily.⠀

So, whenever you achieve something - give yourself an applause, take a break, relax or dance, buy chocolate or an expensive healthy meal.

Whatever it is, just choose what makes you feel like you are celebrating.

And here is a little secret - your ability to celebrate defines how you will work too.

Cause, if we do not know how to celebrate our wins, we do not truly know how to work effectively without bombs of stress.
