One of the most beautiful mindfulness gestures is giving without expecting to receive.
Surely we are all human beings and we still expect something, but we can learn to give with less expectations, if we truly try.

What about giving something to people, whom we do not even know?
I baked a pie today for my boyfriend’s work colleagues... without no specific reason/celebration.

Cause most often we do not need a reason to do good.
We do not need a reason to surprise someone.

And yeah, sometimes, a cake/pie can make someone smile, so why freaking not?
What can you give tomorrow to make someone smile?
