DAY 28. MAKE YOUR BED


Mindfulness is making your bed. Not kidding.

Seems such a simple ordinary thing that it even sounds silly.

But just think about it for a minute.⠀

If you make your bed every morning, you will have accomplished the first task of the day.⠀

It provides a small sense of pride🥳.

And encourage to do another task and another and another.⠀

One task often turns into many completed tasks.⠀

It also reinforce that little things matter in life🧚‍♀️⠀

No matter how shitty the day is and can become, you can make your bed.⠀

There is at least one thing that you can control and maintain.

Make your bed.⠀
