Mindfulness is making your bed. Not kidding.

Seems such a simple ordinary thing that it even sounds silly.
⠀ ⠀ But just think about it for a minute.⠀
⠀ If you make your bed every morning, you will have accomplished the first task of the day.⠀ ⠀
It provides a small sense of pride🥳.
⠀ ⠀ And encourage to do another task and another and another.⠀

⠀ One task often turns into many completed tasks.⠀
⠀ It also reinforce that little things matter in life🧚♀️⠀
⠀ No matter how shitty the day is and can become, you can make your bed.⠀
⠀ There is at least one thing that you can control and maintain.
⠀ Make your bed.⠀ ⠀
