DAY 21. MORE YOGA


And of course where mindfulness is yoga follows.⠀ Simply because yoga is the body’s and mind’s alignment in its core.

Holding a strenched pose for a longer time, finding the balance, observing your body and mind🧘‍♀️⠀ Freakishly sexy moment.⠀ I really mean it.

Though, I need to admit, I do not go to yoga as often as I used to. BoooH!

So, I made a promise for myself today to do it twice per week without no excuses, except during health issues (sickness).
