DAY1. WHAT MINDFULNESS IS FOR ME?


Woohoo, this is the first day of my “100 DAYS OF MINDFULNESS JOURNEY”. Feeling super hyped :)

Are you having an amazing mindful day too? I surely hope so!

So HERE WE GO:

For the first day, I simply decided to allocate my time in thinking:

“WHAT MINDFULNESS IS FOR ME?”

For me mindfulness is just the other word for inner harmony. Simply learning the mind TO ACCEPT MORE, both myself and the others, with less judgement.

For me mindfulness is getting awareness of my life.

For me mindfulness is taking the time to acknowledge THE PRESENT MOMENT, the environment, the feelings, the thoughts, the sensations occurring at that specific moment.

  • Enjoying small little things and being GRATEFUL for them.

  • Being with the LOVED ONES.

  • Sometimes prioritising and being clear when to say heck “YES” or heck “NO”.

  • Growing the mind muscles by personal development and curiosity.

  • Listening to the body and its signals ( both physical and intuitive butterflies), especially when to relax.

  • Sharing and being vulnerable.

  • Taking care of the body physically, mentally and spiritually.

  • Giving to the world and listening.

It is cultivation of attention. It is a high intensity and yoga training combined together.

Sadly, I do not think that most of us give ourselves enough time to simply think and brainstorm and define our own definitions of what happiness, success or mindfulness is for ourselves.

We all forget to do it, so do I. But I am learning and I hope you are too;)
