What is “THE STRONGEST” meditation?🧘♀️⠀ ⠀ I believe they all have their own benefits, advantages and challenges.⠀ ⠀ But the one that truly touches deeply and requires big cultivation of compassion and opening up is FORGIVENESS meditation.

Meditating on thinking about one person and genuinely forgiving him for the unpleasant event might sometimes seem... IMPOSSIBLE.⠀
⠀ Yet, by simply trying we can bring enormous amount of PEACE to ourselves.⠀ ⠀ Because by forgiving others, we FORGIVE ourselves.🧚♀️
⠀ ⠀ And that is what we need TO FULLY LET GO.
