DAY 24. HEALTHY BREAKFAST


I often say that mindfulness is taking care of yourself right there from an early morning.

Having positive healthy routines!

And that certainly includes eating healthy yummy breakfast to:

  • energise the body

  • uplift the mind 🧠

  • and simply enjoy the life even during the times then you are quite sleepy🧚‍♀️

Very “dangerous” side effect: it uplifts the mood too!
