Let’s kill one of the biggest misconceptions of mindfulness. ⠀ ⠀ Mindfulness IS NOT about quieting your mind, BOOM💥 ⠀

Your mind is always thinking, considering and creating “the meaning”🧠 ⠀ ⠀ We do not truly can or need to quiet it. All you truly need to do is just to pay attention to the present moment. ⠀ ⠀ Without judgment.⠀ ⠀ With curiosity.

Observing your thoughts with interest.⠀ ⠀ Letting them flow with ease. ⠀ ⠀ And the more you do it….⠀ the more “quiet the mind gets”.⠀ ⠀ Not truly the mind, ⠀ but that gap between the action and response.⠀ ⠀ ⠀ MIND THE GAP.⠀
