I assume it is time to start digging more into meditation.

So, what is the hardest thing about it?
To start.
In fact, there are so many meditation types that it might be quite hard to choose. But I believe each of us can find the right one for ourselves.

The power lies in TRYING. The best way to start it , I would say, is simply to try guided meditations, checking what works for you. My personal favourite app for this is “Headspace".

It has lots of different meditations, it is easy to use and is very creative, making it more enjoyable. Yes, it is paid. But totally worth it. Plus, there is a free trial that you can use to see how you like it! Simply TRY.
