Mindfulness is the enjoyment of little things.
The ordinary things.
Simply stopping and appreciating the surroundings.
Like this shape of a tree.
The popping flowers.
The colours of the grass .
The composition.
The patterns.
Feeling the texture .
Smelling the air .
Did you stop to appreciate this spring?

It is absolutely marvellous!
I personally cannot stop admiring it.
And we have had so much sun in Denmark today, woohoo (does not happen THAT often).
