DAY 9. ENJOYING THE LITTLE THINGS


Mindfulness is the enjoyment of little things.

The ordinary things.

Simply stopping and appreciating the surroundings.

  • Like this shape of a tree.

  • The popping flowers.

  • The colours of the grass .

  • The composition.

  • The patterns.

  • Feeling the texture .

  • Smelling the air .

Did you stop to appreciate this spring?

It is absolutely marvellous!

I personally cannot stop admiring it.

And we have had so much sun in Denmark today, woohoo (does not happen THAT often).
