DAY 3. KEEP CALM AND DRINK WATER


For me mindfulness is also taking care of my health and my energy levels. šŸ§—ā€ā™‚ļø

And the biggest SOS point here is certainly drinking enough water.

Do you consume recommended 2 liters of water daily?🧐

Do you know that we are literally app. 60% water, our brain is 70% water, blood plasma is 94% water and the lungs are nearly 90% water too?

I admit there are days when I do not reach the daily limit of water, but once I do, I truly feel the benefits of the water power.

And I treat water drinking as a royal procedure, cause water deserves it. Don’t you think so?

For example, I often add fruits to my water and have started carrying my Eva solo bottle pretty much everywhere.

Sometimes I even drink water from a wine glass, cause why not?

I dare you to try!
