DAY 3. KEEP CALM AND DRINK WATER

For me mindfulness is also taking care of my health and my energy levels. š§āāļø
And the biggest SOS point here is certainly drinking enough water.
Do you consume recommended 2 liters of water daily?š§
Do you know that we are literally app. 60% water, our brain is 70% water, blood plasma is 94% water and the lungs are nearly 90% water too?
I admit there are days when I do not reach the daily limit of water, but once I do, I truly feel the benefits of the water power.

And I treat water drinking as a royal procedure, cause water deserves it. Donāt you think so?
For example, I often add fruits to my water and have started carrying my Eva solo bottle pretty much everywhere.
Sometimes I even drink water from a wine glass, cause why not?
I dare you to try!
