DAY 10. GREEN BOMBS


Mindfulness is drinking disgusting green smoothies and rolling your eyes from devastation!

Nah.

Believe me, I used to look weird at them too. Like “sure, yeah, smoothies just look weird and gross in green, obviously”.

Though, now I am a freaking green smoothie addict!

I am glad that my addiction community includes my man too and even his son, cause seems like even kids can love them!

Yes yes parents, it is possible.

Why do I believe that a healthy smoothie is a mindful aspect of life?

Because health is a mindful life.

Our bodies need nutrition and cleansing (I am not talking about water or just juice detox, but cleansing with good nutritional food).

My green smoothie varies from time to time, but most often it includes:

  • spinach

  • avocado

  • water

  • pinch of salt

  • honey

  • apple

  • banana (if required for more sweetness)

  • sometimes a little of broccoli, cucumber or oats
