DAY 12. MOVE MOVE MOVE


Mindfulness is moving da-ass.

Simply moving the leggies.

Taking the first step.

Going outside.

Breathing the air. Breathing in the surroundings. Observing. Enjoying.

Just walking.

Without calculating the distance.

And getting surprised once you see it,

Cause in the end it is not that hard!

I personally love walking and adore long hikes.

Much more than buses or cycling.

There is always something magical about walking.
