Mindfulness is spending time with our loved ones.

The people, who make us feel “super humanish” in all various ways🥰

Or more ... finding time for our loved ones, because that’s how relationships work. It is our responsibility to do this, if we want to nurture the love.

Deep listening, open vulnerabilities, both awkward jokes and calmness - that’s the hecking big mindful ride!
