DAY 4. FAVOURITE MINDFULNESS BOOK


Today, I simply would like to share with you my favorite mindfulness book:

“ White Hot Truth” by Danielle Laporte .

I read it more than once and I always come back to it for more spirituality, clarity and laughs; ow yeah what a combo!

Why? Because D.Laporte is hellishly honest, respects all religions and spiritual beliefs and talks about the taboos directly, adding hilarious sarcasm spices.

I believe it is hard to find a book that focuses on variety of beliefs that is both simple and deep, that makes you scream “omfg, yes yes yes!” and that makes you question more🧚.

So, if you have time for a spiritual read - I would truly recommend to grab this gem.

My own copy is marked with colors for me to easily check the best parts over and over again, cause that’s what I do with good books - destroy them with colourful markers muhahaha.

Anyone out there doing the same?
