100 Days Mindfulness Journey


From MARCH 11, I will start 100 days mindfulness journey challenge, woohoo!

100 days of mindfulness, during which time I will be sharing one little mindful thing/experience/helpful method of a mindful life, each single day.⠀

My goal is simply to learn to be more PRESENT and BEING IN A FLOW, have both fun and calmnes, and open my mind to new experiences.

And to share all of it with people, who are interested in mindfulness (so, who knows maybe you will find some inspiration that you can apply for your own life).
